Student internships

There are many different ways alumni can connect with current students—from mentoring individual students to volunteering in one of the career-oriented programs. Students highly value and learn from their interactions with alumni while alumni often find it rewarding and enjoyable to share their experiences with current students.

Volunteer opportunities include:

  • Practice interviewing
  • Resume and cover letter reviews
  • Leading industry-focused workshops and panels
  • Mentoring individual students
  • Providing networking opportunities for students

There are also a number of career programs that depend on alumni involvement for their success. From Metcalf Fellowships to the Alumni Board of Governors Externship Program, there is certain to be an opportunity for you to make a difference in a student's career decision.
