Alumni Careers Network

Alumni Careers Network (ACN) is an on-line database of Chicago alumni who have volunteered to provide career-related informational interviews and/or mentoring service to students and other alumni. Nearly 15,000 participate, and those that do often report that the most important career advice they receive is from Chicago alumni.

Career Contacts

Career contacts create a career profile and share it in the network. By doing so, they allow themselves to be contacted by students and alumni looking for realistic information about career options, employment conditions, and job responsibilities in their field. In addition, alumni contacts may lend insight or advice regarding the city in which they live, and may be able to refer you to other industry contacts.

Mentors

Mentors are ready to share their career experience to help others succeed in their field. Search for mentors based on relevant criteria. You'll be able to send a request for a career relationship from the results that are returned. Alumni Career Services is available to help facilitate your experience once you have successfully established a mentor relationship.
