Kate Jackson, AB’98, AM’99, has served in various alumni roles, including as the president of the Young Alumni Club, establishing a Metcalf internship at the John G. Shedd Aquarium, and cochairing her 5th, 15th, and 20th reunion (raising $1.2 M for the College).

Jackson has spent her career in change management, designing and implementing major change programs for Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations to improve performance, build capabilities, and strengthen behavior over time. At Accenture and Deloitte Consulting, Jackson worked on high-profile efforts to drive change at scale, including enhancing customer experience journeys, innovating products and services, improving sales effectiveness, and redesigning operating models for agility.

Jackson currently works in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Lake Forest College as a professor and adviser for the annual new venture challenge, Pitch It. She has worked with students at the University of Chicago, Northwestern University, UCLA, University of Kentucky, Penn State, Rhodes College, and University of the Pacific on transitioning from college to career. During her tenure at Accenture and Deloitte, she managed many of the recruiting efforts at Northwestern University and the University of Chicago, leading the recruiting team for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jackson received her BA and MA in English and her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She lives in suburban Chicago with her husband and two sons.
